THE TEN COMMANDMENTS

  • ALWAYS demand your attorney NOW.
  • ALWAYS remember loose lips sink ships and BIG MOUTHS GO TO JAIL!
  • NEVER talk about your case to anyone but your lawyer.
  • NEVER sign anything.
  • NEVER answer questions or make any statements to a cop. SHUT UP NOW.
  • NEVER let anyone into your home or onto your property without a search warrant.
  • NEVER agree to stand in a police line-up or go to the precinct to "clear things up".
  • NEVER consent, agree or "waive" anything. Remember "waive" means give up and go to jail.
  • NEVER take a cop's lie detector test.
  • NEVER let the cops videotape you or try to talk your way out of it. You will lose and go to jail. SHUT UP NOW.
REMEMBER: WHAT YOU SAY TODAY, WILL HURT YOU TOMORROW!
NO ONE IS YOUR FRIEND!!! SPEAK TO NO ONE EXCEPT YOUR ATTORNEYS!
Remember: Cops are not your friends; they talk to you and arrest you to put you in jail, not to be your friend. SHUT UP NOW!

HOW TO AVOID GETTING SHOT WHEN YOU ARE PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE
If you are pulled over while driving you should do the following to PROTECT YOURSELF. First, turn off the engine; Second, roll down your window; Third, put on your interior light; Fourth, put both hands on the steering wheel; Fifth, give the police officer your license, registration, and insurance card if he asks for it.

"It's the innocent who need a lawyer; let the guilty lie for themselves."
Benjamin Franklin
